Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your pet can stay in familiar surroundings while being cared for by a professional insured pet sitter. Your pet(s) will receive plenty of love and attention while in their own home and their routine will not be disrupted. A boarding facility can be a traumatic place for a pet. They are exposed to unfamiliar surroundings and the possible illness of other animals. A pet sitter will also watch over your home, notify you if there is a problem with your house or your pet and also bring in mail, turn on/off lights and take out the trash can.

  • Each situation is unique therefore we offer a wide variety of services including; daily dog walking, short term daytime pet sitting while you are away, Pet Taxi services and “Potty breaks” 

  • We are currently serving North Kingstown- Including Saunderstown and Wickford, Exeter and East Greenwich Rhode Island

  • We accept Checks, Cash, Paypal and Credit Cards

  • Your pet sitter will bring a copy of our service agreement. The information needed is as follows; personal contact information, emergency contact information, veterinarian name & number, pet(s) information, pet medical history, and security system codes. We will also need a key to your home and the names of anyone else who may be entering the home while we are caring for your pet. At this visit we also offer a short Dog Walk for your pet if applicable as well.

  • Taking care of a pet is a huge responsibility and can be quite an imposition on a friend or relative. Most people are busy and may not be able to devote the time and attention your pet may require. We are bonded and insured for your peace of mind and we are equipped to handle an emergency should one arise. If your travel plans change we will be available to continue to care for your pet until you return as well.

  • For your security, keys are labeled with your pet’s name only, not your name, address, or phone number and kept in a secure location of your pet sitters home.
